Ms. Jackie J started her baking career in 1998 in her home for family and friends. She wowed them with her fancy designs, filled them with her great tasting treats and amazed them with her flavor combination. She left her family and friends always wanting more, so there was no surprise that the word would travel fast about the tasty treats from this home based baker. In June 2001 Ms. Jackie J opened up her home to bake for not only friends and family but now new clients. Since then Cake's by Jackie J has grown into a well established baking business for her. Her southern roots and rich culture has given her the knowledge to please the taste buds of the masses. Cake's by Jackie J has grown from just cakes to pies, cookies, cupcakes, puddings and many delectable treats. After just one bite of the baking style from Miss Jackie J you will be hooked for life. |
